Terms and Conditions Update – November 1, 2018
We are making some changes to the services we offer through CWBdirect® online banking. To understand how they might affect you, please read the overview of the changes to your CWBdirect® Services Terms and Conditions below.
The updated agreement will come into effect from November 1, 2018, but some of the new services we’re offering may be available earlier. If you use any new services before this date, the relevant terms in the revised CWBdirect® Services Terms and Conditions will apply.

Mobile Cheque Deposit - Deposit AnywhereTM Service
The Deposit AnywhereTM Service enables you to deposit a cheque without going to an ATM or branch. Using the CWBdirect® Mobile App, enter the amount of your cheque, choose your account, then simply take a photo of your cheque to deposit it anytime, from anywhere.
The service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with limited daily maintenance windows. Cheques that are deposited in the deposit service window of 6 am to 6 pm MT will be credited same day around 8 pm MT. Any deposits received outside the service window will be credited the next business day.
